Poppy before the rework was confident, angry, noble and a serious fighter. You can get that from her old concept art alone:

After the rework: she’s pretty much a clone of Tristana but with pigtails and a hammer.

As long as her VO lines retain the confident, mature tone, i think we’ll be okay.
